Always wanted to try Pickleball, but just don’t know how to get started? If so, our free Intro to Pickleball Lesson is for you. This single, two-hour intro session is designed specifically for new players in the Lake Champlain Islands looking to learn the some of the basics of the game.
Pickleball is a great workout and a great way to connect with others in the community. These lessons offer a way for beginners to connect with other players of similar skill levels interested in playing more. Local instructors from the IPA provide a relaxed, no-pressure environment where paddles and balls are supplied, so you can focus on learning the game.
What to Bring & Wear Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and court-specific sneakers (or supportive athletic shoes) for safety on the hard surfaces. Don’t forget to bring water, sunscreen, and a hat for those sunny days! While we provide the paddles and balls, you are welcome to bring your own paddle if you have one.
