The IPA uses the PlayTime Scheduler app to manage all of our IPA-scheduled sessions. Players are required to sign up for sessions through PlayTime Scheduler in order to play in any session. You will not be able to participate in an IPA-scheduled session if you have not signed up for that session in PlayTime Scheduler.
To get started with PlayTime Scheduler you can use either the official website or the mobile app for iOS and Android.
Step 1: Download the Mobile App
- For iOS: Open the Apple App Store and search for “PlayTime Scheduler”.
- For Android: Open the Google Play Store and search for “PlayTime Scheduler”.
- Download: Tap Install or Get to download the app for free.
Step 2: Create an Account
If you are a first-time user:
- Visit PlayTimeScheduler.com and click Register.
- Select Your Region:
- Choose your Country (e.g., USA).
- Select your State/Province.
- Enter your Zip Code and click Continue.
- Select Lake Champlain Islands, VT as the region.
- Complete the registration form.
- Click the Register button to create your account.
Step 3: Find and Sign-up for an IPA Session:
- Log into your PlayTime Scheduler account on the website or in the mobile app.
- If necessary, change your region to Lake Champlain Islands, VT.
- Find a session you wish to sign up for on the calendar.
- Click on the session in the calendar.
- Click + Add My Name to sign up for the session.
- If the session is full, you will be added to the waitlist.
- If a spot opens for you, you will automatically be added to the session and you will receive an email to notify you.
Notes:
- You can register for any given session 7 days before the day of the session.
- Don’t come to any sessions if you are not signed up or you’re still on the waitlist for that session.
- PLEASE BE SURE TO CANCEL ANY SESSION YOU ARE UNABLE TO PLAY IN SO THAT OTHERS CAN TAKE YOUR SPOT.
